Mypoints takes a considerable amount of time to earn on, as their cashout is 1700 points for a $10 Amazon code. In my experience this can take upwards of 2 months of daily activity. I've been a member for at least two years and haven't earned a lot there compared to other sites.

They no longer seem to take an interest in the user experience. I've had 2 instances in the last two weeks alone where I legitimately completed a survey for points then got a 404 error. When I sent them the survey info with screen caps to prove the error and asked that my account be adjusted, I received a form letter in response telling me that they're not responsible for problems on outside sites. I don't recommend them for this reason.

I've been a member for a very long time, but this year I've noticed more and more where I'm not receiving my points like I did previously. Their customer service stinks as well. They always put everything off on the merchant. I've come to the conclusion, like so many others, that this is search engine to benefit the merchants more than the consumer. I've already started to look around to see if there's a better way to earn points.

This site is a third party sight to bzz. It also allows you to take surveys and watch videos on it. It seems pretty easy to use

Cash Out Is Too High, Reward Point Values Too Low.Only A Couple Ways To Earn.I Never Qualify For Surveys Either Which Is Strange.

I've been with them for years. There are much better sites for shopping rewards, so those that use them for that should look elsewhere. I am accepted in about one out of a hundred surveys and getting the 10 points for attempting the surveys about 50% of the time. Anything to do with Ipsos surveys is usually a headache. I've complained and the response was that they are aware of the problem and working to fix it. This has been the case for eons and yet it never gets fixed. And they never offer to give me the points I've been cheated out of. I continue to do the click throughs because they are easy but it takes a long long time to amount to much.
