Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I've been doing Mysurvey for years now and the last one was just this past Sunday. I've been trying to log in for 3 days now and keep getting "Inactive Account". I've emailed them several times with no response and also tried calling which is useless too. Hopefully this is just an error on their part as I have over 19,000 points.

I have been a member of this site for years and suddenly when I came back from vacation and tried to log in, my account has been marked "inactive". I have emailed everyone that I can find and cannot get any response as to why or when I can expect my account to be "active" again.

This site was the BEST for me for the past 8-9 years. I was routinely receiving surveys and racking up points along the way. Then, quite suddenly, I was unable to log in to my account. My point vanished. I have attempted not one, not two, not three, but four times to reach the company via their online form to no avail. I even crafted a letter and sent it via the post office. Again, no response. For a company that relies on the public to do its bidding, not responding to longtime "clients" is poor play on the playground, as they say.
It wasn't that I had points that were going to buy me passage on a cruise, but I had earned them... Ewwww.
I recommend using a different site. Mysurvey has gone downhill and fast.

I've been with them since Oct 2012 & am nowhere close to cashing out. I noticed that while I was "Completing" surveys (though not too many of those!), my points bal was staying the same, not increasing. I sent them an email. The reply was that the ones I completed had a reward of a drawing entry...nothing more. I replied that they stated specifically the "POINT" reward. One was 250 points. They argued back that I was full of it. Now, people, where did I get that amount from..got lucky making it up? Imagined it? The 60's were too good to me? Get real. This isn't even CASH were talking; they won't give me ~ 500 EARNED points. Points, people. I worked hard to earn those points, and still didn't get them! I'm glad it's working well for many of U (and I do believe--most--of U, I'm sure a few "glowing" comments are submitted by "My Survey" people--incognito, but I've found SP to be right-on!!). They sure aren't benefiting me at all!

UPDATE:
FINALLY! On 02/11/2014, I earned the 2,200 (minimum) points for the $20 Amazon E-Card. I decided long ago, to quit when I did that; but...I have to give credit where it's due. The card was emailed to me on 2/18/2014. Not bad! I didn't expect that to happen in a timely manner! Also, all the surveys I've taken in the past 2 mos, WERE for points--not drawings--AND, they started stating the points at the beginning of the survey. I think complaints & many of us "dropping" them, has made an impact, because they've sure done a one-eighty. So much so, I've decided to stick around a bit longer & see if this turnaround remains. First time I've seen this though. A lot of sites don't seem to care if they lose us or not..

UPDATE: Don't waste UR time. I dropped them.

I have been a member for this panel for a number of years when it was lightspeed panel.I have been accumalating my points for a bigger payout.But I went to log in to check my points and I received a message saying inactive account so now I dont have access to my account.I have emailed emma a couple of times but no reply.So now I have lost my points.What a waste of time
