The Nielsen Mobile Panel is designed to help the mobile industry understand how consumers use their mobile phones/devices, services and content. The panel produces usage information that the industry uses to build, plan and manage their mobile offerings to consumers. Nielson Mobile Panel gathers this information through an application that runs silently and transparently in the background of your mobile phone. This application allows them to measure how you use your phone, including your usage of websites, applications, calling, messaging and other phone utilities. They never listen to or record your communications and they will not release your personal information to third parties.

At this time, you cannot have multiple devices on the panel; just your (one) mobile phone.

I was a member off both the NetRatings and Mobile Panel off this site and they and amalgamated both of them and then proceeded to block out some of those long time members form earning points on devices they had connected even though the app says they are still earning points. It was better the old way as you dont earn as many points now unless you become a gold member which takes a while.
I am persisting with the ones they have kept active but am disappointed in how they treated long time members.

I have used this app for some time now and I think it is fantastic. In the few months I have been using their app I haven't received any rewards whatsoever but that is ok with me as I'm only more than happy to help the nielsen mobile app company. For me it's not about what I can get out of it but actually the complete opposite. It's about what I can do to to offer my assistance to help the neilsen company. I intend to remain with them for as long as possible even if it does mean I receive no rewards. Offering my assistance is a reward in itself for me.

I used this service for just over five years and had no issues collecting and redeeming points. As of a few months ago, I am no longer able to log in to redeem my rewards. I have sent in multiple support requests over this time and received no response. Do not waste your time with this company.

Things seemed to go ok for a couple of months and all of a sudden the monthly payments for my iPad stopped. I duly emailed support but they don't reply. Very poor form and non existent support.

DO NOT DOWLOAD THIS APP!!! I put it on my phone 2 weeks ago, realized maybe 1 or 2 days later that my phone slowed down significantly. I went to Sprint store 2 times, blaming them. They couldn't figure out the problem, told me to deal with Apple. I spoke with a senior advisor at Apple, and we discovered that this app Nielson Mobile Panel caused the problem. I was ready to give my phone back and switch providers, turns out it was this app causing the problem to begin with!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD
