Simple Sign Up

Signing up for the OneOpinion survey site is quick and easy – simply fill out the registration form (or chat with 'Emily' the bot to sign up), and follow the instructions once you receive your confirmation email. Once your registration is confirmed, you can start taking paid surveys and earning rewards.

Earn Gift Cards or Cash

Once you have 25,000 Points (1,000 points = $/£1.00) in your account, you can redeem your balance towards items in the OneOpinion Rewards Program. Many different gift cards options are available, including Amazon gift cards, and are sent via UPS to your mailing address.

If you do not want to wait until a physical card is delivered (keep in mind that it can take up to 10 days to arrive), you can opt for a virtual gift card that will instantly be sent to you and ready for use.

Collect Your Points

Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.

When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.

Is One Opinion Legit?

OneOpinion is not a scam and is a legitimate paid surveys site. The site has been operating since 2011 and has issued millions of dollars in rewards to its members. Although members of the survey program may have different experiences, OneOpinion is legitimate and is run by Dynata (one of the largest data sampling companies in the world).

I have been trying for days to cash out. They give me questions to validate who I am give phone codes to enter. Still cant get what is coming to me. Don't call their members phone NO ONE will answer. I have taken surveys with them for a while now. No I have nothing but PROBLEMS!!!

I have been with One Opinion for a long time, it was always one of the best until just recently. They have taken away the 50 non qualifying points and just direct you back to a message saying sorry there are no new surveys. No longer worthwhile.

I am a long time member from the US which is supposed to be still operational. Starting last week, I have been unable to cash out even after completing verification successfully. I keep receiving an error message. I have called and left a message, sent an email and even used their online virtual assistant with no response. I have also not been receiving any new surveys. This used to be a good site, don't know what is going on. Today I finally heard back from them after waiting for 2 weeks. As of this moment, my account is back.

I had been doing pretty well on this site apparently up until this last weekend. I had a request in for a $25.00 payout to paypal and hadn't received by the third day which is when I usually receive it. I found my request was cancelled. Not by me! I have since tried to cash out other ways and it won't let me use Paypal or virtual card. They have also stopped sending my surveys after Saturday. I am not very happy about any of this. Beware of using this site. It seems I am not the only one.

Their “member care” is a joke of a bot that doesn’t seem to comprehend the most basic of requests and stonewalls any attempt to reach a human being. Then once you are able to finally “escalate” an issue to a human support team, they take days to respond and aren’t at all helpful. That’s in large part because in order to help you need to have the survey number you had an issue with, which often don’t appear in yo he activity feed if there was some sort of interruption or if the system froze and didn’t return you to the oneopinion website automatically. Even then, the points rewarded often don’t match the description you’re given before you accept the survey and the timeframes are almost never accurate. I recently did a survey that said it would take 8 minutes but took nearly an hour - and for only 500 points! Which is like nothing for an hour of my time. And once you do finally get to submit a support ticket for these errors, there is no way to track them unless you ask the stupid bot for the status of a specific ticket number. But who actually keeps track of those? Well I do after I learned my lesson! Little hint: she says you can keep track of your support requests under the “support request” section of your activity page but guess what? There’s no such section!! Finally, the 25k point threshold for redeeming anything of value for the hours you put into this crap of a survey site is far too high. It doesn’t help any that if the survey the present to you is too long or not worth enough points, there’s no way to simply bypass it. Nope you have to either accept it or just wait until you get an email with a link back to a survey that clears that one out of the way. This site is total garbage.
