Survey Taking Experience
Collect Your Points
Most OneOpinion surveys pay the points equivalent of $1 to $5 ($1 = 1,000 points), so you’ll hit the 25,000 point threshold needed to start redeeming your rewards quickly if you are an active member of the panel.
When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.
Get Your Points Immediately!
After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.
Take Part in LOTS of Surveys
If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

What is going on with this site lately. My account was paused last week for no reason, reactivated and now it's paused again. Other members are complaining of no surveys for days and days only to find out their accounts are paused too. Site is not responding to questions at all.

I informed them of a malfunctioning survey..and for some reason they "paused" my account so I can't take any more surveys. Their phone number is not working anymore either. They have always been a very good survey company...does anyone know what is going on with them?

Used to be my favorite but it's gone way, way down hill over the last few months.
I keep careful records and my OneOpinion earning opportunities have drastically dropped from a reliable $50-$75 per month to under $25 (you need $25 to cash out and I haven't reached that inside of a month for several months).
The way this panel works is that you're only offered a few surveys per day. I used to qualify for most of them and they paid quite well. With one exception (see below) I still attempt all of them each day but now I'm offered fewer, the ones I'm offered don't pay as much, and I'm disqualified most of the time. The ones I'm not dropped from have dwindled to almost nothing and I'm lucky if I make a full $1 beyond the $0.25 per day that they pay for attempts.
One thing that really bothers me (enough to write this review) is that they've adopted "a new kind of survey," where you're routed through another panel and don't know the length of the survey or how much it pays beforehand. These are about 30% of the surveys they offer me now and I *really* don't appreciate it. Those of us who take a lot of surveys know this is a great way to waste your time and get ripped off - the survey could very realistically take 25 minutes and pay $0.35 (you shouldn't take a survey that long for so little - there are plenty of panels that pay fairly). I won't do these mystery surveys. As honest panelists, our time has value and we deserve the ability to make sure we won't be ripped off. For OneOpinion to start operating this way is a total insult.
In sum, OneOpinion used to be great and it totally sucks now. Quite unfortunate.

I signed up with this site in June 2018, and have not been able to cash out at all. Very rarely am I not able to cash out on a survey site within a year! I was not able to cash out because the minimal cash out amount ($25.00) is way to high, and because I was being disqualified from 90% of the surveys on here. This site was a complete waste of time for me! After 15 months I only have 18,900 points! In the amount of time I did surveys on here (June 2018 - Sep 2019) I was able to cash out multiple times on other websites, especially on sites that don't have a $25.00 cash out minimal. Don't waste your time with this site like the way I did!

This was the first survey company I tried. Since then I have redeemed my points for a $25.00 virtual visa card with no problem on an average of one per month. Only once did I request it in the mail, and it arrived within 2 weeks. Customer service has been excellent.
Update 9/2019 Since I left this review one opinion has changed companies it's operated by. It used to be by itself but now the company that operates it operates 15 other survey websites and has since declined in my opinion. I hope things get better soon so I can say it's one of my favorites again.
