Take Surveys Often
Paid surveys will be sent to you on a regular basis. You can also visit the website, log in and find a list of available surveys, giving you plenty of chances to make cash. A typical Opinion Outpost survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and the number of points you can expect to receive per survey ranges between 5 to 50 points.
Qualifying Questions
Before you begin your chosen survey, you may have to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. These may appear to be irrelevant to the topic of the survey itself, but are a way for researchers to ensure they're receiving responses from the people they're looking for answers from. Sometimes, you’ll be disqualified from taking the survey after answering these, however there will usually be other surveys available for you to take.
Modern, Interactive Surveys
Opinion Outpost offers fun, interactive online surveys that are attractive and simple to take. On top of offering sweepstakes entries, periodically, they offer games at the end of surveys which give you the opportunity to win additional points and/or additional sweepstakes entries. One such game is called the Opinion Outpost Door Game.
Opinion Outpost App
Opinion Outpost does not offer a mobile app. Although most of their surveys are mobile-friendly and can be completed on your phone, you will still need to access them via your e-mail, or by logging into the website from your phone.
Visit Opinion Outpost's website ›Community Features
Badges
Opinion Output offers ‘Badges’, which essentially serve as loyalty bonuses. You will start out with a Bronze membership and have the chance to upgrade to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond based on how active you are on the website and how complete your profile is.
As your badge levels increase, additional achievement points are awarded, which can be found on your Survey History page. These will show up as 'community achievement'. Bear in mind that you can be downgraded to a lower tier badge if you don’t remain active on the website.
Quarterly Chances to Win $10,000
If you are in the USA and you get disqualified from a survey, participate in a survey, or exchange your valuable points for an entry, you will have a chance to win $10,000 in a quarterly cash draw. That means that $40,000 in total is awarded to 4 lucky members every year! If you are in Canada, there are also sweepstakes available in the form of 4 quarterly draws worth $1,250 each ($5,000 yearly).
Refer Your Friends to Earn More
Opinion Outpost's referral program will award you $1.00 every time you refer a friend using your custom link and they complete at least one survey. Earn up to $5.00 in total. I'm writing this review because of the terrible recent experience with Opinion Outpost. I was on Opinion Outpost for several years doing surveys. In late July, I noticed I wasn't able to login and do surveys. I sent an email on July 25th wanting to know what the problem was. On July 30th I received an email from Cielou stating that because of my recent inattentiveness on some surveys my account was being permanently suspended. I wrote back what I needed to do to change my status and tell me exactly what the problems were. I received another email from Cielou that nothing could be done. Really? THE WORSE PART IS THAT I HAD $40 OF EARNINGS THAT CIELOU SAID I WASN'T ENTITLED TO!! What reputable company does that? As many of you know it takes many hours to earn $40 on this site. In the time of the pandemic, many people are doing whatever they can to make ends meet for their family. How can a company deny earnings that were legitimately earned? I would highly suggest you find another site to take surveys so that you aren't a victim of a company that treats people this badly!!

The review left below about Dynata owning multiple survey companies is dead-on accurate. I was booted from One Opinion, E-Rewards, One Opinion and Opinion World in the span of 3 days. I knew something was up when i kept getting the same pre-survey questions as well. Contacting Opinion Outpost's "customer service" did no good even though i have been a member there for probably 8 years, and they gave the usual line about their quality checks bla bla bla. At least One Opinion reinstated my account.
I always got a good amount of surveys, but it did take a long time to earn enough points for a sufficient reward...usually about 4 or 5 months for $50. But their ignorance of the fact that many people belong to multiple survey sites left me with a very negative experience.

Cashed out a few hundred dollars over the last decade with them, but my survey taking was very sporadic. You won't get rich but if you are consistent you can make anywhere from 10 to 30 a week. I made 100 one month, but it was Christmas and I was really motivated lol.

I joined this panel about 5 years ago. It was great then, lots of well-paid surveys, easy qualify, and the redemption for Paypal was not silly. All that has changed. I will make a note to any of you reading this that I believe the same company owns E-Rewards, or perhaps it's their parent company Dynata that owns the two. If any of you have been flagged or had them suggest that you can't have two accounts, I'm willing to bet you have an E-Rewards account or perhaps they have another similar panel. I had an E-Rewards account suspended a few months ago, and thought it was interesting how the preliminary questions were exact. If you have other panels chances are that Opinion Outpost partners with those panels. In fact, if you are an avid survey taker like me, you will see the same types of surveys popping up with other panels. It's par for the course. So why can't survey panels figure out that surveyors are signed up with other panels and that those panels are receiving similar surveys just as they receive from other panels? They can't expect every person who is signed up with multiple survey panels to clear cookies every hour. Please, don't be ridiculous and paranoid that people have some high degree sophisticated computer bot or whatever you claim (because I can't figure it out and most can't either) to supposedly do millions of surveys at a time. You think I bought a computer just to do that? Be real. Anyhow, I went off on a tangent because I've noticed this issue with survey panels before and I believe that is what is causing the issue with people's accounts being suspended. There I've said my piece.
Now, the new issue I have with Opinion Outpost is that they have redesigned their website to look identical to E-Rewards, big surprise. In doing so they have changed how points are redeemed, which is now ridiculous. I'm not having it. In the past if you had $60 worth of points, you could cash out exactly 6000. Now, you have to cash out for Paypal in increments of $10, or at most $20 is the max per day. Are you kidding me? I had enough for $50 the other day and had to do it slow over three days. Silly. This isn't worth it when you have easy disqualifying surveys with no bonus for your time, and very little surveys that are worth a darn, not to mention the chances of obtaining a high paying survey and looking forward to cashing it out in itty bitty segments. No Thanks!
