Take Surveys Often
Paid surveys will be sent to you on a regular basis. You can also visit the website, log in and find a list of available surveys, giving you plenty of chances to make cash. A typical Opinion Outpost survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and the number of points you can expect to receive per survey ranges between 5 to 50 points.
Qualifying Questions
Before you begin your chosen survey, you may have to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. These may appear to be irrelevant to the topic of the survey itself, but are a way for researchers to ensure they're receiving responses from the people they're looking for answers from. Sometimes, you’ll be disqualified from taking the survey after answering these, however there will usually be other surveys available for you to take.
Modern, Interactive Surveys
Opinion Outpost offers fun, interactive online surveys that are attractive and simple to take. On top of offering sweepstakes entries, periodically, they offer games at the end of surveys which give you the opportunity to win additional points and/or additional sweepstakes entries. One such game is called the Opinion Outpost Door Game.
Opinion Outpost App
Opinion Outpost does not offer a mobile app. Although most of their surveys are mobile-friendly and can be completed on your phone, you will still need to access them via your e-mail, or by logging into the website from your phone.
Visit Opinion Outpost's website ›Community Features
Badges
Opinion Output offers ‘Badges’, which essentially serve as loyalty bonuses. You will start out with a Bronze membership and have the chance to upgrade to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond based on how active you are on the website and how complete your profile is.
As your badge levels increase, additional achievement points are awarded, which can be found on your Survey History page. These will show up as 'community achievement'. Bear in mind that you can be downgraded to a lower tier badge if you don’t remain active on the website.
Quarterly Chances to Win $10,000
If you are in the USA and you get disqualified from a survey, participate in a survey, or exchange your valuable points for an entry, you will have a chance to win $10,000 in a quarterly cash draw. That means that $40,000 in total is awarded to 4 lucky members every year! If you are in Canada, there are also sweepstakes available in the form of 4 quarterly draws worth $1,250 each ($5,000 yearly).
Refer Your Friends to Earn More
Opinion Outpost's referral program will award you $1.00 every time you refer a friend using your custom link and they complete at least one survey. Earn up to $5.00 in total. I started with Opinion Outpost in July 2011. I have redeemed 2,935 in only 7 months. This is my honest experience and I am not an employee for this company. I've viewed many negative comments. Firefox browser works best with Opinion Outpost. Log into your account and restart the survey if you experience errors. I qualify for most surveys sent to my email. Another great idea is to log into the site and complete more surveys. My only drawback is some surveys are now 30 to 45 minutes longer with less points. Compared to many other panels, I feel Opinion Outpost is foremost the best, honest, and reliable survey out there. Thanks Opinion Outpost for allowing me to express my views to make a difference, and for allowing me to quickly redeem my points for cash. Thanks!

Opinion Outpost sincerely used to the be the best survey company out there. Registration was a breeze, surveys seemed relevant, and incentives were decent.
However, after being a member for almost six years, I can't help but feel that I've been burned. I frequently encounter errors, "irregular activity", or that I completed the surveys in an "unreasonably fast" amount of time.
Interestingly enough, these errors don't seem to occur until I'm finished or near finished with the surveys. It's incredibly convenient for them to record my data and then discredit me.
I would also receive an endless amount of invitations just to receive error messages. Customer service is even worse; they take forever to respond and give you the run around.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Opinion Outpost. They used to be AWESOME but have gone downhill substantially. There are many other reputable survey websites that would love to have you.

Started with this company in August '09. They paid well for surveys and I could get a check from them pretty quickly.
Then they merged with SSI and everything went downhill. Surveys are worth almost nothing now. For the past month or so, I get a survey invite and when I try to take the survey, I get some generic SSI webpage that states I cannot take the survey. The webpage states that I either already took the survey (probably not since I just received an invite); my IP does not match my location (doubtful); I already took the survey and rushed through it so I won't get points (uh, I keep getting blocked from taking the survey); or my account has shown to have a pattern or irregular activity.
I finally had it with being blocked from taking surveys and closed my account today. I could have contacted customer service, but customer service has always been bad there, so why bother.

I signed up for this site in June 2011, after reading positive reviews online. I started out slowly, earning $5 every few weeks. Then the surveys picked up and I dedicated more time to the site. It was great and by 12/19 I had made $290.
At some point during the fall or winter, the site was bought out by or merged with another company. Since this happened I have not been happy with the site. The surveys have a lot of errors. Some start with an error when you click on the invitation. Others let you complete the whole survey and then throw at error at you, instead of crediting you your points. You now get lower payouts. It used to be $1 per 10 minutes. Now it's more like 50 cents per 10 minutes.
Visit their Facebook page to see many complaints about them.

When I first signed up I made like $7 in a day but they didn't let me cash out for amazon gift cards. I decided to give the citi debit card incentive a try & it's worth it. I made like $35 in the first week and was happy but now i'm getting a couple surveys a day and i'm lucky to make $2-$4 per day. I get disqualified on probaly 7 out of 10 surveys and i'm started to get mad at opinion outpost. I feel like it's not worth my time anymore. Last month I could make $5-$10 in an hour which is great for a survey site. I got surveys worth $1.5-$3 each & in rare occasions I got a $4-$5 survey which could be completed in 15 minutes or so. Now i'm getting $0.50-$1.50 surveys which sucks because all the other survey panels have $0.50 surveys and that's why I joined opinion outpost, for good paying surveys! It now takes a week and 1/2 to get a $25 debit card credit so i'm thinking about leaving as soon as I get a job (i'm 15 btw). This is my source of income and i'm getting sick of surveys.
