Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation

By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.

• Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).

• Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.

• Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.

Earn Points for Surveys

Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.

At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.

Tons of Survey Opportunities Available

At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.

Get Points for Screen Outs

If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.

Easy Redemptions

Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

PointsPlus Instant Win

PointsPlus Instant Win is an opportunity to be one of 1800 winners in the instant win sweeps. Earn tokens by completing special selected surveys and filling out information about yourself via profilers. The more tokens earned, the more chances you have at winning.

Earn unlimited tokens daily (via surveys, profilers, and by referring friends who complete at least one survey), or purchase them for 2,000 points each. Up to 5 tokens can be purchased this way. Hidden tokens are also available in your dashboard, so ensure you try filling out surveys even when the PointsPlus Instant Win token icon isn't displayed.

Use up to 10 Tokens per day for your chance to win a prize every week. Prizes include: $50 checks, $25 checks, or 100-5,000 PointClub Points.

PointClub does not currently offer an app, however, the website is mobile-friendly and all surveys are designed to be as mobile-compatible as possible.

Is PointClub Legit?

PointClub is not a scam and is a legitimate online survey panel. Innovate MR, the company who operates the PointClub website, is a highly reputable market research firm that conducts high quality surveys. I've been faithfully logging into this site for Months now and I thought I MIGHT have missed a day...if you miss a day they set your progress back one point level...crazy when it takes about 15-16 days to advance one point level but whatever....then I logged in early this morning and saw I had been bumped back ANOTHER point level! And I KNOW I didn't miss a log in this time....so I was all set to be at 90%...might have missed one day but now I'm thinking I might not have....then this morning I'm now 15 days from being at 70%!! What the entire HELL?? My message to customer service has yet to be answered.
***June 30 and STILL no answer to my email about my account or any answer here! Hmmmmm suspect much??*** And I read your answer...gave you the benefit of the doubt and followed your instructions to the letter. I've logged in EVERY DOG GONE DAY.....and tonight at 12:03am I logged in again to see my account had been set back TWO levels!! TWO!! So to your "solution" and your "answer" I say bull muffins!! I don't deal with dishonest companies and I hope anyone reading this doesn't abide by them either. A lie is still a lie no matter how many pretty words you use to tell it....just like a sow in an evening gown...no matter how much lipstick you put on it...is still just a pig in a dress. Bye Felicia.....
****Aug 2 I don't know whom this mystery "Sana" person is they keep telling people to contact but she sure as heck hasn't bothered to answer me...I doubt she's answered anyone else.....I'm half suspecting there's not a single person there ever named Sana! They've lied about so many other things what's one more right? What a joke!

OMG I just read some more reviews and they are STILL telling people to contact “Sana”??!!?!! Pppffftttt HAAAAAAA HAHAHAHAHAHAH!! What a joke!! Don’t even bother!!! I don’t believe there is or ever was such a person!

PointClub pays higher than almost any survey site If you go site everyday,you jump up in levels if you keep up a streak(just going to site).
After Sailing through my first payout of $25 (their payout threshold),I asked if I change to my GF & my joint PayPal account as I was having issues with PayPal on my account... After waiting about 10 days for a reply PointClub said yes it was okay(by then I had accrued $45 in rewards &had $20 pending),I tried to cash out & then they said they needed Valid ID photo... So I sent it & they Snarkily replied that my ID was "Not even close" along with other rude comments.
My ID was Valid & I've never had Any Issue with sending a pic of it to Any other company/survey site or whatever.
I'M NOT FINISHED: then they give my GF the runaround after she cashed out $25.
These Clowns are terrible, not to mention their interface/layout & 'graphic artwork'/Captain Points or whatever are dumb as well as juvenile.
STAY AWAY after 1st cash out.

Everything I have read about pending points said it could take up to 4 weeks to be approved. I have points from 3/7/19 that still have not been approved! When I first started the points were getting approved pretty fast now it takes forever! Cashed out for the first time almost 2 weeks ago. I wonder how long that's going to take to get.

This "used" to be one of my favorite sites. They always took a little longer to pay out than other sites. Usually about 10-14 days which isn't a big deal as long as you get paid. The layout was nice the surveys were clearly listed with the amount of time and the incentive amount. I had my level 10 streak going for over a year straight. About 1 and a half - 2 weeks ago they completely changed the layout. Now you have to scroll through and click on every single survey to see how much it pays and how long it takes. It's in a small frame and seems not worth the effort anymore. Also, my level 10 streak has been reset to level 9 TWICE since they changed the site. (they corrected it then it did it again) Whoever designed this new website should be fired. Also the pending points take forever to get approved. I am still waiting for approval for some as far back as April 6th. If they want a 4 or 5 star review then CHANGE IT BACK!

I have done many different survey sites but this one is by far the worst. sure you complete some surveys and get points and even get a few 12 points a few times a day but in the end it means nothing when it takes over a month or more to get any pending points approved.. if you needed any money in a timely fashion this site is NOT for you.. slowest site on getting pending points reviewed and approved and I have never been more frustrated. They also changed there sites interface and it looks horrible. The streak aspect is also horrible because you miss one day and you start back at day 1. Really cant wait to get my pending points approved and then Im done with them and wouldn't rely on them for anything in the future...
