Join PointClub with just a few keystrokes using your Facebook or Google account. Alternatively, you may join the traditional way - using your email address. You’ll be asked for your home address (to verify your location) and to receive your first payment check (if located in the USA).
Who Can Join
You can access this website from any country, and there are money-making opportunities for residents of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. However, USA residents will find the most opportunities to make side-income from this website and will by far, have the most success with it.

Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. This is a particularly generous sign up bonus compared to those offered by most of PointClub’s competitors.
Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation
By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.
- Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
- Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
- Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.
PointClub Advantage All e-gift card deliveries and PayPal payments should take no longer than 7-10 business days to process.
Survey Taking Experience
Earn Points for Surveys
Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.
At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
Tons of Survey Opportunities Available
At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.
Get Points for Screen Outs
If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.
Easy Redemptions
Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

You will spend more time being disqualified than anything. I'm an honest survey taker. My ratio i something like 39 completed out of 337 attempts. Hell naw. You'll definitely get your 60 points per day for disqualification and rather quickly as you'll probably screen out of the first 5 fairly quickly, lol. They do pay if you ever get there and I have once. Took a long time.

My Husband and I have both been participating in Point Club Surveys for quite some time. It had been very enjoyable for us both. Recently they have revamped their survey site. My husband is finally able to get back on. I have accrued quite a few points with Point Club including 25000 points which I requested be sent to PayPal the end of April which amounts to $25.00. This has never been done. I also have around 70,000 to 80,000 points accrued. I have contacted them several times with a response back things are working now and I should be able to get back on there sight now. Still not able to do anything. Is this the way it works when you are locked out. I would think a legitimate company would let you know they no longer need your services if this is the case. I have never received any complaints via Point Club but I certainly have a lot of my time invested with them. I am not able to work outside my home due to Chronic Health Issues. Every little bit I am able to make doing surveys assists me in medications and medical expenses.....I don't know if PointClub has locked me out but if they have without any complaints regarding my service shame on them and any other survey company that would do this to anyone trying to do a good job......

I was really enjoying the site, the interesting and good paying surveys and fun and congenial superpoint dude until about three days ago.Apparently the site has undergone an upgrade and now the way I used to be able to log in (through facebook) doesn't work, the reset password link doesn't work and support hasn't responded so my multiple inquiries so I'm not sure what happens to my 80,000 or so hard earned points. Hope I get some kind of response soon.
Update: Was able to login today as I finally received a temporary password through the password reset request now I just need to figure out how to change to a permanent one now...

I joined Pointclub in July of this year and despite my having followed all the survey instructions and timing slots I found over the course of 4 months my account has been frozen 3 times in total every time I make enough points to cash out with $25. I recently got my account frozen again and I've sent several emails to Customer Service with the subject "Urgent ATTN: SANA" as they instructed yet I've been trying to reach them for 4 days yet not one representative has responded to me. I used to like this website but I'm very disappointed and I wish I could receive my money but no one will answer my emails. I'm thoroughly disgusted at this point.

UPDATE: Despite my having taken the surveys diligently and according to instructions and not speeding my account was turned off this morning after the admins failed to process my payment nearly a month after a requested a payout. Interestingly they did this after I requested my payout and put a note that I would no longer be using their website after receiving my final payout. Here is a copy of what they wrote me:
Hi Aria,
Your account was turned off during our most recent member audit. This was due to a combination of the following factors, as determined by your survey history:
A higher percentage than average of surveys marked as invalid by the sponsoring client. These resulted in your survey data being rejected.
A higher percentage than average of failed “red herring” questions (typically those placed in a survey to ensure participants are paying close attention to their answers).
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this audit is run specifically to safeguard our surveys and ensure the data needs of their respective clients are being met. As such, your account will not be reinstated and thus the cash out rejected.

I see they've been recently doing the same thing to other (now former) Pointclub members. This website should definitely be avoided and shut down.
UPDATE: They have a horrible new system now that focuses on the characters and its not even usable...I can't even view my activity log and I had a pending paypal payment for $25 and I can't even view it now....heck, I can't even delete my account because the website is pretty much unusable now..its flooded with silly cartoons and the dashboard is just a mess. I'm done.

You have taken 0 surveys and completed 0 of them (that's about 0 %)."
It doesnt matter what time of day I visit, I always see this message.
"There aren’t any more surveys/channels available right now!"
At this point Im just going there to keep my Daily Streak up.
*EDIT*
So I contacted them & here is a part of the email I got back.
"We've looked into your account and learnt that you haven't been getting surveys as your PointClub dashboard is deactivated.
Your account was flagged by our security system as it failed our security checks. In any such cases where any account is flagged by our securities our system automatically disable the account."
Looks like my dashboard was deactivated & was flagged the day I joined. Anyway I couldnt be bothered to give them more info to have it reactivated. I closed my account. If you have been flagged for whatever reason Maybe just maybe ya'll should notify the person so they aren't wasting their time logging in in hopes of a survey or two.
