You can access this website from any country, and there are money-making opportunities for residents of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. However, USA residents will find the most opportunities to make side-income from this website and will by far, have the most success with it.
Payment and Rewards
Join and Get up to 5,000 Free Points (Worth $5)
Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. This is a particularly generous sign up bonus compared to those offered by most of PointClub’s competitors.
Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation
By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.
- Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
- Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
- Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.
PointClub Advantage All e-gift card deliveries and PayPal payments should take no longer than 7-10 business days to process.
Survey Taking Experience
Earn Points for Surveys
Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.
At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
Tons of Survey Opportunities Available
At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.
Get Points for Screen Outs
If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.
Easy Redemptions
Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

If I could, I'd rate this site with a negative 5, especially since they cheated me of my earnings.
I loved this site up to November when their so-called "growing pains" are more of a struggling business that can't pay its members for their survey completions. With the 100% bonus level, the surveys paid better than other survey panels but that was in theory. It's more of some bait-and-switch charade.
Now, this site is weaseling out of paying its members of their redemptions with bogus accusations of too many failed surveys or reversal of survey credits. How curious that this massive sweep of their members is netting those whose redemptions have been unpaid for weeks (including mine) and this purge just came out of the blue to coincide with numerous complaints of non-payment.
I had a pending payment since the first week of November but because of the site notice of a delay from "growing pains" (aka negative cash flow), I patiently waited even when the payment still wasn't paid after the 10 days of the supposed delay. Yet, my dashboard still showed surveys were available, typically the ad-rating and reviewing ones (which are also at other survey panels). So, while I was waiting fruitlessly for my payment, I was still taking and completing surveys to accumulate over $21 in earnings.
But after 12/05, the surveys were no-shows. Then I read on their Facebook of other members complaining of this so-called audit where their accounts were arbitrarily deactivated on that bogus accusation. Coincidentally, we were all waiting for that payment which should have been delayed at most 10 days. Only after we contacted them to followup on the missing payment did they eventually "notify" with that convenient excuse of our account cancellation, thus denying us of our earnings from the valuable opinions we had provided to their clients. Do they think we are charity workers for them?
This company really ought to be reported to the authorities (at least Better Business Bureau). But I have a feeling they'll be out of business anyway, especially when they can't pay members for their contributions (and it's not as if their clients are refusing to pay them of our opinions we've submitted in the surveys) and other members or potential survey participants stay far away, leaving them dry of anybody to generate those opinions clients would otherwise pay for.

So they having problem paying their members also owed me $25 for over a month and upon contacting them about my pending payment they did not reply. A week after i reach out to them via Facebook then they suddenly reply saying:
Your account was turned off during our most recent member audit. This was due to a combination of the following factors, as determined by your survey history:
A higher percentage than average of surveys marked as invalid by the sponsoring client. These resulted in your survey data being rejected.
A higher percentage than average of failed “red herring” questions (typically those placed in a survey to ensure participants are paying close attention to their answers).
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this audit is run specifically to safeguard our surveys and ensure the data needs of their respective clients are being met. As such, your account will not be reinstated.
Thank you,
Best Regards,

I have seen on their Facebook page where a lot of members who cashed out and have payment pending also receive this email. As a member of this panel and know how this panel operates you would know that this is a straight out lie. They are just dishonest and probably broke and dont have the funds to pay so they deactivate random account and give you this sorry excuse.

I signed up for PointClub the end of July 2017. It was great when I started and I did earn a $25.00 Gift card. First it was the games. No games, I emailed PointClub and was told they were updating their system...OK, I can live with that. Next it was the surveys. Most of them said I did not qualified. Ok I understand. Then the surveys stopped. I emailed them to ask why no surveys, This is the email I got back: " Your account was turned off during our most recent member audit.
As such, your account will not be reinstated". I was honest with those surveys, I can't help if most of them said I did not qualify. I honestly can say I liked PointClub at first, Now I think they are not very good.

I have been waiting for over a month to receive payment. Sent messages asking why to only receive late responses. I was first told be patient. Pointclub was still doing "Quality Check due to some backlog leading up through Thanksgiving holidays". Then was told after a second message that my account was "turned off" due to a combination of factors.
How many of you have received this message in response to why you haven't received payment:

A complete disappointment. Straight up lied and still said nothing about my payment. You spend all your time on this site for them to supposedly turn off your account that you are still able to access and do surveys, then not pay you. All of a sudden no surveys are available and the payment you are owed is still pending.
I don't know what is going on with this survey site but I warn you that you are wasting your time. Especially if you are counting on the money you make from this site. I was totally not expecting this from a site I found to be one of my favorites before now.

I have been on this site for about a year, lately I have not been able to cash out. Then to put the icing on the cake, the minute I contacted them I haven't gotten even the option for a survey. They just keep saying their are none available.
