How PointsPanel Works

PointsPanel is an exclusive survey panel app which tries to understand how mobile phones and tablets are used on a daily basis. The application will sit in the background of your device, but will not interfere with the usage of it. Information collected is used strictly for market research purposes only. Choose your level or participation by either leaving the app running in the background, or, by answering any additional surveys and diaries you are sent. Earn points for your participation, and redeem them for payments to your PayPal account.

Earn Cash Every Month

Run the app on your phone or tablet, and earn $5 every month, while barely noticing it there. Rack up your earnings, and get entered into monthly prize draws with a chance to win extra prizes, just for keeping the app installed.

For each day the app runs, you will earn points. Receive 10 points each day for the first 15 days of each month, and 25 points for the remaining days of the month.

Earn More with Surveys and Diaries

Earn more points by participating in surveys and diaries. Earn between 10-100 points for completing surveys, and earn 2500 bonus points if you participate in the survey diary. Please allow 24 hours for points to appear within your member account.

Points Redemption

Once your account reaches a minimum of 500 points, you may log in to exchange your points for a $5 PayPal payment.

Participate, even without a Data Plan

If you don't have a data plan, you can still participate by connecting to a daily Wi-Fi connection. Once connected, simply press the upload button on the status screens so that all surveys and other data are properly uploaded.

I will change my opinion when c-s replies to my emails and explains why they are ignoring my query.
I’ve been asking why I have such a discrepancy with points!
I’ve earned just over 1000 points in 5 months rather than their 200p at start, then 500p monthly.
I’ve been using my tablet several times a day, ensuring to upload data at every session, but their app never really increased the no. of days it is running.
C-s does not care to reply and clarify and I feel it’s a rip off. But c-s was very quick to reply when I had problems to set up my account.

Today is a great day! After I got off to a bit of a rough start with my diary I ended up emailing support. I wished I could thank again those who helped me to understand. I really enjoyed doing the diary. This was a BIG payout the biggest actually I've received. I'm quite excited and can't think what I'd like to say except thank you! I'm ready for more. :P
To get paid (I received $52) for doing something fun is awesome. I liked how the diary was easy to navigate haha (not at first for me) Its takes a couple minutes every half hour. Easy peasy.

Downloaded this data mining software and had to do 30 min surveys all day long for 10 days. Then no credit. Contacted them. Got a complete runaround. Even sent a screenshot of completion. They then claimed that was just a completion of the app and not for use for credit.
