Every time you complete an online survey, SayMore will credit your account with reward points. With 2500 points in your account, you will be eligible to request a $25.00 cash payment or e-gift card. SayMore currently offers its members four ways to request their earnings:
- PayPal - receive a $25 cash Paypal payment directly to your account
- Amazon e-gift card - opt to receive a $25 Amazon.com e-gift card
- Virtual Mastercard - request a virtual Mastercard rewards card which is accepted at any online merchant who accepts Mastercard payments.
- Reward Links - receive a Reward Link e-gift card, which can then be turned into a gift card from dozens of your favorite stores.
Survey Taking Experience
Get Rewarded, Even When You're Disqualified!
If you attempt to complete a survey but are unable to (i.e. you get disqualified), your account will still be credited with up to 5 points if the disqualification is due to Client Security terminate, the client is over quota, or the client has terminated the survey. In order to reduce the number of times you may be disqualified from a survey, community members are invited to participate in surveys based on their basic profile information.
Great Loyalty Program for Regular Participation
SayMore has four different levels of users, each with their own point minimums for point redemptions:
- Ambassador users - Redemption button is activated once 1000 points ($10) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
- Premium users - Redemption button is activated once 1500 points ($15) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
- Verified users - Redemption button is activated once 2000 points ($20) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).
- Basic users - Redemption button is activated once 2500 points ($25) is accumulated, and redemptions start at a minimum of 1,000 points ($10) with a maximum of 10,000 points ($100).

I had exactly the same experience as Rosalie. I formally complained to the BBB. They owe me $13. Not much but it took hours to earn. I think they blocked me because I am a prolific survey taker and redeem every month. My answers were always honest and detailed.

They say suspicious content and that I am not answering surveys honestly. Seems to be the trend as I was reading some of the comments. They wont give me my reward amount as they say I am now locked out. I know for a fact I have answered the questions honestly. This is the response I got from them: Dear Member,

Be extremely careful if you decide to join this survey company!!! I was with them for the past few years and rose to the top of their hierarchy, and then got stabbed in the back by unfounded lies! I have been taking surveys for 2 decades now, on a regular basis. All of a sudden and without warning, Univox chose to cancel my membership. No word why, no emails, nothing! When I emailed them, they came back with an excuse that my survey taking was suspect, and what I was saying in open ended questions, was garbage! I have been taking surveys with the top companies in the world, and am also a product tester, and I pride myself on being an excellent worker and survey taker and tester. When I give an answer or review, you can count on the fact that I have used the product and am telling you exactly what I know and have experienced! These bozos don't seem to think so.....so like I told them....like water off a duck's back. It seems I am not the only one they have treated this way, by some of the reviews I have read! SO....be careful.....I would suggest that you don't waste your time with this company, because that is what it will be, a total waste of your time! The fact is, that I very seldom qualified for one of their surveys.....maybe 2 or 3 % of the time, and that's only if I didn't experience errors, which I did quite a bit! You are forewarned!!

(univoxcommunity.com) has become one of the worst survey sites ever next to Global test market , vindale research , point club and inbox dollars. univoxcommunity.com survey site also feels so slow and out dated , they never update there user interface front page to make the site feel new and exciting.
(Surveys Issues) - you cant hardly qualify for any thing any more I been stuck at 25$ for 3 months now trying to qualify for a survey. And once you do get a big 2$ to $5 offer for the day you cant get another one untill 4 or 5 days later. Also univoxcommunity.com has a wired survey bug where after you get one of those big surveys all of the big offers disappear. Then after that there point wall will only offer you 60 to 50 cent worth of points for each survey, which is very disappointing in my opinion.
(payment Issues)- Although the site does pay you the next day i cant stand it when you have to constantly keep signing in to redeem your points. because it takes months to reach 25$ or more which causes the user to forget the password her or she applied when joining this site. Then on top of that you cant redeem the exact amount yo want . Every thing has to equal $1.00 percentage to cash out your earnings for the day.
(Final thoughts) Overall I would not recommend this site its straight garbage. univoxcommunity.com also feels very slow , clunky and unmotivating. There customer service is trash and none existent.

I have been a member of univox for a couple of years and it used to be a great site with lots of survey opportunities. However, over the last few months there have been fewer and fewer surveys and more messages that state I was not a match for the survey after I completed the whole survey. I tried to log yesterday and was told there was a technical error. I sent a message to support and this was the reply.

I am not one to rush through surveys and give good answers to survey questions. There is nothing suspicious about my survey taking. They also owe me money and I have no way to log in to receive my money. I am not asking to be reinstated as I was not logging in much lately as there are many better survey sites and I was spending my time on those. But to be told that I was suspicious and that the quality of my responses was not good is simply not true. Not even close to the truth. Just thought I would warn others that their time is much better spent on other survey sites. Just letting others know that you can be terminated by this site for no reason and they will keep your money.
