This was a good site for me for the past 14 months. Even if I didnt qualify for surveys id still get anywhere from 1-4 DQ points per attempt.
I never had a problem cashing out ever. I never complained on the boards or anything like that. I would get anywhere from $25-$35 a month from them.
Then all of a sudden Ive been locked out of my account. I email them regarding the problem & get the standard response that they are handing out to everyone who have recently been locked out.
"your membership has been cancelled because your survey history pattern is highly suspicious and open end answers quality was very bad according to the data we have received from our clients"
If that was really true then why was I able to cash out without any problems in the 14 months I was there?
Meanwhile the sites mobile app had a major glitch in it & some people had been taking advantage of it for well over 4-5 months. As according to the Wall of Fame. Always the same few people would win it daily & monthly. Daily at the highest level gets you 200points & monthly you get 600points. For the few people taking advantage of that glitch got a nice chunk of change there. & where are these people today? Why they are still taking surveys on the site. So why are they not banned?
I'm not thrilled at this. Maybe if i never received the obvious auto response id be nicer.

Update:
They unblocked my account back in May. I started earning points again and finally got close to the first redemption. They decided the best idea is to block me again. Now they are saying I gave suspicious answers, which I have never done. I always answered honestly and I am sure in myself, so they just make up an excuse for not paying.
May 7, 2019 Update:
After seeing my review here, Univox Community unblocked my account and credited 200 points as a good gesture, but removed all points I had earned before. They even called me and tried to convince I never had any points in my account before. Well, I started collecting points again from 200 points they credited as a good gesture. This year again, I am blocked. Sent them message and provided all the info they asked around 2 weeks ago. Today, I received an automatic message asking me to leave a feedback and rate how they solved my issue. Really? Was it solved? They just closed my ticket without even notifying me. No action has been made, no response given and ticket is closed now. Very disrespectful, Univox Community!
Still, never had a chance to redeem my points!

I have never had a chance to redeem my points, as my account was blocked without any reason and they have never responded to me. I tried to contact them via email, Facebook and even BBB. Facebook page representative said me many times I will be contacted by email soon, but no response at all. BBB also didn't receive any responses from this company. I even do not know what happened and why they suddenly blocked me and do not respond. Weird.

I have to say Univox is a total wast of time - do not join. It has gotten really bad... this is updated from my 3 1/2 star review from 2017. IT IS HORRIBLE.

It's everything every one star review says on here. If you do actually get to open a survey, either it will not reward you by saying 'we have no surveys for you at this time' (after you've just spent your time taking one) or it will end only to say they have enough of my demographics. The survey company gets your information without rewarding you what was promised. Total rip off. Customer service is a sham, their purpose is to give you enough of a response to let you think they are working on the issue. Only they aren't. And I've been in the shoes of people that are locked out. You have probably reached your cap before taxes have to be paid on your earnings so you are going to be locked out for awhile. I believe it was a full year for me. I can't believe this site is allowed to exist.
Update: The response from the company to this review is totally bogus. I have NOT been with them for years or cashed in 30 times. Don't discredit the complaint because it's well deserved.

I wish to voice my frustration at trying to earn points with Univox. Several times in the past few weeks I have spent 30 minutes to an hour filling out a survey only to find at the end of it that I did not qualify and I receive just 1 point for my efforts. This is not worth my time investment as there are a number of chores around the house that I often need to get to.
