Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

I love survey spot I have been a member for many years. They are the best - as soon as you request a payout to paypal it is instantly in your account

This one is similar to Opinion Outpost and OpinionWorld. They inundate you inbox with lots of invites but they pay very little per invite. Most of my invites I've gotten pay 20 - 50 cents -- for 20 - 30 minutes? No thank you... Others will pay you better for your time. Also, I've found that they underestimate survey times, where they tell you it'll take you 10 minute for a survey you end up spending 20 or 30 min. (Not all of them, but it's been common enough to be noticeable. Disappointed as it's just not worth my time as much as some of the other sites. After I get to the $10 Paypal cashout, I'm going to close my account. (FYI - To cashout, you need to have a VERIFIED Paypal account -- this means one attached to your bank account.)

I don't really do surveys as a form of second income or anything, I do surveys mostly for a sneak peek at upcoming products, movies, etc, plus, getting paid for my opinion is great, but.... SurveySpot just isn't worth it. Their point system is such that 1 point is $.01. It takes 1000 points to cash out for $10. And that's fine, if the surveys were worth enough points, but... 30 points for a 30 minute survey, that actually ended up being closer to 40 minutes. That's thirty cents for 40 minutes of my time. Now, I don't even bother going to the site, and only do the high point ones (250 and up) that come to my email inbox. I've cashed out twice in a year, not worth it.

Stick with their sister site, OpinionOutpost. For the same survey, you get about $2.50, not .30

This site and their sister sites have a tendency to let you go through a whole survey and not let you get to the last page where you can give feedback. Opinion outpost and opinion world are doing the same thing. They are all members of survey sampling USA. All three site owe me tons of points due to the above complaint. So I would not trust them. Use at your own risk.

I find that I get more $ from Survey Spot than any other panel. I do not like that their only cash option is through paypal though.
