Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Wish I had seen the other reviews before I made the decision to try this site. Low points/rewards, too many surveys that you don't qualify for (even after spending 10+ minutes answering the preliminary questions), and they aren't helpful with resolving issues. I have been a member for quite a while, and this site has gotten progressively worse over time. Additionally, they will freeze your account for no reason. Don't waste your time with SurveySpot.

I read in a blog someone posted they liked this panel,
i signed up (over and hour filling out VERY detailed profile) they sent me more then 30 emails in a two day period. i finally qualified for a survey for 30 points (it took about 25 min to take) then i checked the reward program,
1000 points for a crappy 10 buck gift card!!!! wow seriously would take me all year to redeem. no way surveyspot there are way better sites that reward reasonably. i unsubscribed and left this site forever! keep your cheap 30 points

I am updating my review. I'd like to give them no stars instead of the recently updated 2 stars. I complained about one of the pre-survey questions; they kept sending me one that did not apply to me and I was unwilling to make something up to get the next survey. They did not have a "None of the above" choice like they normally do for their pre-survey questions. So I had to complain on their website because I could not get to a "real person" - their FAQs area did not provide for this like other companies do. Sometime later I got a reply saying to update my profile by logging in. I did what he said, logged into my account, but this did not get me to any kind of personal profile that I could update. So I tried to unsubscribe. Their unsubscribe button did not work either. It took me to the "My account" again but nothing there allowed me to unsubscribe, so I went to the website again to ask to be unsubscribed, attempting once again to explain the time I wasted with their links that would not work and their refusal to go in and fix that profile question that I could not answer honestly. Sure, I could have clicked on one of the random auto types like many people would have done just to get by, but I refuse to do this. I am a nondriver and not interested in any kinds of vehicles so would have appreciated a "None of the above" which would have allowed me to go in and do the surveys I have been missing because of this.

First off, their points are way too low on average. So today I got a survey with a great number of points and decided to give them another shot. Went through the entire survey. I qualified, did the survey, and it said thanks for completing the survey. It had me enter my address and phone number so they could send me a product to test. It thanked me again for participating...

Then it took me to a page that said "Sorry, you didn't qualify". WTF! I did the WHOLE thing and even agreed to test the product! I'm so tired of these guys.

Bad points

They only pay 35 cents a survey on a average..

You get disqualified after doing 30 MIN surveys.

70 % of the time you will not get redirected back to their website to get rewarded.

they will freeze your account for no apparent reason..

Good Points

If you do manage to get to 1000 points they will pay you &10 Paypal.
