Opinion Outpost, OpinionWorld

SurveySpot permanently shut down on June 30, 2019. Opinion World and Opinion Outpost continue to operate.

SurveySpot was launched back in the year 2000, by the market research powerhouse, Survey Sampling International (now known as Dynata). Take online surveys for great rewards and chances to win sweepstakes.

Rewards

SurveySpot offers 4 different types of rewards for your participation. You can cash out with PayPal, or elect to request iTunes vouchers, Amazon vouchers, or Air Miles! Start cashing out once you have earned as little as $5 in points ($10 for PayPal requests).

New Member Cash Draw

New members automatically receive an entry into the $10,000 quarterly cash sweepstakes draw. Additional entries are awarded each time a survey is successfully completed. The more surveys you take, the better chance you have of winning!

Unfortunately, SurveySpot is no longer operational. Click the button to discover survey panels that are running and are actively looking for new members!

SurveySpot Instant Win Game

All online surveys offer an instant win play where you can play a slot machine or scratch card game with a chance to win additional prizes.

Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Eligibility: SurveySpot is open to USA residents only.

Wastes a lot of time

Every day that I complete surveys, it tells me to update my profile, even if I did it the day before!! You can only complete 5 surveys a day, whether you qualify or not. Customer service is a joke. They send you an automatic response and tell you to check/try again later.
Good thing about it is when you FINALLY get enough points, which takes a WHILE, they do send the code within a day.
Global Test Market is much better. (I don't work for either company)

pick a survey

SurveySpot always sends surveys to do; sometimes 2-3 a day. I like that there is at least 1 survey to do a day.

Run by chimps

Their points system is quite random from user to user. I know a couple guys who get 100 point surveys regularly on there. I tend to only get 50 pointers. I've noticed some of you saying you're getting less. How does that make sense?

Don't bother contacting customer support in any attempt to reconcile these obvious differences. They'll basically claim they have no power to do anything about anything, thus raising the question about why they even have jobs there. I'm sure they probably make minimum wage -- thus the obvious 'duhhhhh' attitude you'll get from them -- but that's not the point. I don't know if most of them are genuinely borderline retarded or are just playing games to con people out of money.

On that last point, I've completed multiple surveys that literally told me I completed them, only to check my total points and notice the points weren't added. Contacted the customer support high-school drop-out and was told in several complaints that I got the points, as if 70 points plus 100 points still equals 70 points. I guess we're dealing in invisible money now, right?

I may or may not do more surveys on their site, but I'll try other sites first since they apparently have the quick, free PayPal system, and pay out better for the same surveys. Hopefully they're run by people who at least completed 9th grade, as well as 2nd grade math if I do end up having any problems and need to contact them to fix it.

great surveys and great rewards

July 19, 2013 by Paula from United States

I always get great surveys and the rewards, once earned, are almost instantly given to me. Within seconds you have an email with the codes/information for your rewards. They also tend to be generous which helps me cash out weekly or biweekly.

I have been participating in their surveys for the past couple of months. Very seldom experience problems but when/if I do their response to resolve the problem has been great.
