Take Surveys, Get Points

Once you become a member, you will receive surveys a few times a month. New invitation alerts can come in the form of a text, email or Facebook notifications. You can ultimately decide if the survey interests you enough to take it.

Average Survey Lengths

The average survey consists of about 20 to 30 questions and should only take you 5-7 minutes to complete. Most are awarded with a cool, 70 points. Occasionally there will be longer surveys that will offer even more points.

More Ways to Earn

Although SurveyU mostly focuses on surveys, they may occasionally offer other projects including forum activities, online chats, mini-communities, and more!

PayPal or Amazon e-Vouchers

Once you rack up 150 points (which doesn't take long), you can exchange your points for a reward. For 150 points, get a $5 PayPal transfer, for 300 points receive a $10 Amazon E-voucher and for 450 points you can request a $15 iTunes voucher. I’ve been using this survey site for years and had no problem cashing out. Now all of a sudden I can no longer login. I changed my password and tried to login and still can’t. I sent them a email, and they haven’t responded.

**UPDATE** I received a email Dec 30th saying surveyu will be shutting down on Dec 31st and says I need to redeem my rewards before Jan 1st. They had all 2020 to send this email out. Why wait until the day before the site is shutting down to send an email?!? I tried to login to cash out multiple times and the page went blank. I wish I could give this site 0 stars.

UPDATE: The site will be shutting down on 12/31/20. They are now promoting an app called OnePulse where you answer short surveys on your phone. This was a decent site, but they have went downhill. Cashed out with Amazon gift codes and three of the codes were invalid. When entering them on the site, Amazon said that they were used for another account $30 gone and no explanation of how my codes were applied to another account. Now the only payout is PayPal or donations. No more Amazon gift cards. Now I can't log into the site nor can I contact them. The site goes blank when trying to log in or contacting them. They have no social media presence so the only way is email. I have point that I want to cash out and can't access the site. Only way to contact them is email and that probably will not work. Tried to change my password to see if that was the problem, but the link takes me to the site and then after entering my information the page goes blank. Do not sign up for this survey site, stay away. If I'm able to sign in I am going to cash out all of my points and close my account. Wish I had of did that in the first place, but waited too late.

I honestly LOVE SurveyU and have gotten lots of gift cards from them. Their surveys pay well and you can receive gift cards very fast (a 10$ gift card usually only takes 3 or 4 surveys, unlike other sites that have surveys are 20 cents.) My one complaint however is that the surveys are very infrequent, only coming once every month or two.

It's very disheartening that a company that I have been with for a decade, and one of my favorite companies ever to give me fast payments has now decided to disable my account WITHOUT any explanation or warning. The last time I can remember logging into my account was last month when they had wished me a happy birthday. Never thought this same company would stabbed me in the back a month later!

I have sent multiple e-mails to the company about not being about to login for the past two weeks now, yet, they have not ONCE hit that reply button. It's like my e-mails have all been ignored. What makes it even more frustrating is that they don't have any social media accounts where I can contact them through there, and see if there are other people who are experiencing the same problem as I do. I guess they can now officially be join in the ranks with other shady companies like Crowdology and Harris Poll in my list of deplorables. Very sadden that it has now come to this. Time for this shady company to be shut down for good!

Been using them for quite some time and now was unable to log on, what gives? I had some points in there that could potentially go missing.
