I can never get into their website, and it doesnt matter how many different computers i have tried with ,alls i get is the web page cannot be displayed. I do their surveys all the time, i have wrote the company an ervything else i could think of.Does any one else have a problem getting into their website?
Prizes only-but they're honest

I really don't like that Zoompanel doesn't offer cash rewards, just prizes and gift certificates. However, I only use my Zoompoints to buy X-mas gifts @ the end of the year. As for the surveys themselves-they're pretty lengthy & usu only get 50 pts per. Which is pretty stingy. But I usu save my points and have redeemed them 4 some cool things, like: Black n Decker vac, set of cookware, about 10 gift cards ($5 each) and a digital camera (which was really crappy). I'd recommend, but just as a way to get gifts for fam/friends for free & pass time-not to get rich or enriched.
Don't Waste Your Time

Pros: I've never had an issue with not receiving my points for a completed survey.
Cons: The prizes are not worth it. You have to complete about 40 surveys just to redeem a decent dvd. Their surveys are usually quite long (about 30 -45 minutes).
The only reason I am still a member of this panel is because I made the mistake of not looking at the prizes before I started taking surveys. So I have about 1,000 points (about 20 surveys taken). I'm going to wait until I have 2,000 points to choose a prize and then I'll resign from this panel.
