when I was a member, at one pont I couldn't log in. Sent them an email and took a while to correct. Then it happened again and they gave me a new account and I lost all my accumulated points. Waste of time, I'd rather spend time having my gall bladder removed :(

I get about 1 survey...every 3rd month. I get paid in points which are redeemable...if I want something from their, erm, shop.
OMG, I would not be able to sell this sort of stuff to an idiot! even the 99p shop sells more interesting/better looking/better quality stuff!
Surveys are not that interesting either. Not worth it, unless your very bored!

Zoompanel points per surveys are usuall 50 points. The mininum amount of points to redeem is 1000 points. So you have to complete about 20 surveys in order to redeem points at 1000 point level. The prizes at the 1000 point level are terrible and are not worth it. When you have time, visit Zoompanel's reward section and click on the points levels. It is not worth the time on any points level. If you have to complete 20 surveys to reach 1000 points, just imagine how many surveys you have to complete to reach 10,000 points (approximately 200 surveys). Then go look at the prize levels and ask yourself, is it worth it? It's not to me. About 1 1/2 years ago, they offered better prizes at the 1000 points level. I've redeemed twice over a year ago, and both products were broken within two weeks of receiving them. Poor products with poor quality. Zoompanel is just not worth it in my opinion.

I am a member for almost two years. At first I redeemed one incentive when finally reach 10,000 points. They sent my incentive as it was promised. But know I am unable to log in since three months ago. I called them but the telephone is disconnected. I e-mail them, they never answer back. I just wish to redeemed my points( I have more than 800 points, I am unable to see know the amount that I accumulated already. It is a big disappointment, I used to trust them. No anymore. They should advise that they are no longer in the position to give incentives before they log us out. I do not understand. Because they recently asked me if I want to test a dish soap. I agree and they sent the products and I still receiving points for my surveys. Please, put the good name of your company back to the top!

Zoom Panel has been really good to me. I take surveys often, & almost never have problems with them. The points are okay as well, I just wish they were better organized & like most people, I wish they offered cash. But, the items are plentiful and I always find something I like. Highly recommended.
