I just felt like I had to post about a recent interaction I had with their customer service. I had reached payout level and redeemed points for a book. I received a package from them promptly, and the correct book was listed on the invoice slip inside, but the book I received was not what I had ordered.
I contacted ZoomPanel and had the correct book in my hands within a week. I was flabergasted with the wonderful help I received, as this is so unusual with survey panels these days. Thanks Zoom Panel!
EASY SURVEY LAYOUTS

YOU CAN RACK UP YOUR POINTS PRETTY FAST. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT REDEMPTION LEVELS AND MOST OF THE HIGHER LEVELS SEEM A LITTLE UNREALISTIC BUT THE LOWER LEVELS STILL HAVE PRETTY GOOD PRIZES.

I have been doing Zoom Panel for about ONE YEAR, I barely have the 1,000 points needed to get anything. Not that anything you could get is worth getting. There are no CASH, or online shopping Gift Cards, just the junk they have as (hmmmmm) incentives?? After my first "incentive", I will no longer do Zoom Panel.

I receive on average about 3-5 surveys per day, some I qualify for, some not, but I earn points quickly and have turned them in for various products or gift certificates. Been with this survey company for several years now and extremely happy, highly recommend to anyone :)
