I have been trying to log in for 2 months now, without success. Put in all my info and it takes me to a search engine site. This site is garbage. Can't even check my points to cash out my account. No reply from customer service after numerous requests.

YEARS AGO THIS WAS A GREAT PANEL.......NOW EVERY TIME THEY SEND AN INVITATION,AND I CLICK ON IT....SAYS" NO AVAILABLE SURVEYS" NOW ONE OF THE WORST,WHY BOTHER TO INVITE???????????

Zoom Panel like the vast majority of other survey sites is a middleman. I had an eye opener the other. I got one of Zoom Panels higher paying surveys which was a whole 75 cents. It just so happened I click a link from another site and the same survey paid $5.00. Most survey sites pay you between 50-25% of what they get. The company paying me $5 got paid $10.00 while Zoom Panel paid 75 cents and pocketed $9.25. Sure Zoom pays you but they are definitely bottom feeders.

They are obviously having financial problems since SurveyMonkey sold them off. I've been trying to redeem my points for several months and all I get is a message saying that they're out of gift cards and to check back later. Don't waste your time!
