not only do points expire due to inactivity, during your active time with them sometimes points don't register after you have taken surveys and when you complain they apologize but nothing ever gets resolved and no credits for lost points. It's a waste of time.

A month ago I redeemed 2500 points for which I was to receive a $25 virtual gift card. As of today, I have not received. Also, I have not received points after they state I have completed a survey. As I stated: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Ive been a member of this site for about 3 years now. I usually only make about $25 a month because they don't send surveys every day and you don't always qualify. Pays 5 points for disqualifying, and 2500 points will = $25 if you choose giftcard or amazon credits. Quick payment times too, never waited more then 2 days. Also really fast and polite customer service though you wont need to contact them often.

I usually wait til after I cash-out, when I want to dump a site. Nobody wants to knowingly work for free. But, in some cases, it was not worth it to CONTINUE to work for free. This was one of them. 5 years later--if I stayed--I'd still be trying for my first pay-out. No thanx...it's been fun, but we'll say goodbye & CALL IT A DAY!!! (Albeit, a long day.)

These guys used to be great. The zoomarang survey engine was great. My favorite of all survey companies, now they are using another engine.which is horrible. As other have said, the points have also dropped in half and you can barely qualify. Something is rotten in Denmark here.
