I have been a member of this panel for almost 3 years and cashed out once a year and a half ago. Now their surveys are rare and I seldom if ever qualify. The surveys are redundant, about office supplies. Don't bother with these people. Big waste of time.
Used to be a GREAT site

I've been with Zoompanel about 3yrs now and cashed out 4-5 times a year with the amazon GC but, this year has been AWFUL. I cashed out once this year. I didn't get any invites from spring till this fall and they've all been half of what they used to pay. I don't recommend them anymore and considering dumping them. Go elsewhere folks.

I'm sent a few survey's a month. Rarely qualify anymore. There prizes are good & come quickly when you cash in. But takes FOREVER. No longer worth my time.

The only thing I dont like about them is their point system. It just doesn't work well for me as far as value goes. Other than that, they have paid me so thats all that matters to me.

I have been a member since 2006 - They do not pay in cash but by different folios in the 1000, 2000 and 3000 points range - I must say the quality of their prizes is very bad. It took me 3 years to accumulate 3000 points, and finally decided to redeem a Mariott $50 gift card - Since April of 2009 - We are now almost July 2009 and to this day have never received my promised incentive - despite their claim it was mailed on May and that all my info was up to date and correct. Their customer service has proven to be rude, very unresponsive and of bad faith, lack of care and not wanting to resolve my issue other than excuses and stalling, claiming the package has not returned to sender and that they need an alternate address which I do not have. Avoid at all cost.
//UPDATE: After voicing my frustration and several attempts they finally did mail me my gift card, however I still cannot recommend this survey panel due to the poor quality of their surveys and the points system.
