I have long been a member and have just now found a serious problem. I am unable to access the Home page (to claim Rewards) because there is a panel talking about 'Cookie Consent' blocking my way. It insists that I 'Consent' to cookies, only it doesn't provide me with the means to give that consent. I can't even contact the website owners because this same panel blocks all access! This is why I am writing here in desperation. Has anyone else had this problem?

I received an email during the week, thanking me for being a loyal member of Irish Opinions for the last nine years. Time flies when you're having fun, it's said and I can't believe it's been that long. Throughout that time I've rarely if ever had an issue with the panel. I qualify for most surveys I'm sent, I get them regularly enough that I'm neither inundated with nor waiting for surveys. They can be done on most devices which is always a bonus. Payment is mostly straight away on completion of a survey and rewards are always sent promptly and reliably. On any occasion I have contacted their customer service, the response has always been timely, friendly and professional. I cannot report anything negative about Irish Opinions and I expect I'll be doing surveys with them for at least the next nine years too! A highly recommended panel.

While this site is somewhat useable, you have to be careful what you agree to, sometimes they'll email you a survey that's €2 for 10 mins and when you start it they'll kick you out and offer a different survey that only offers 75c for 20 mins, hoping that since you're already there you'll just do it.

Surveys often ask a dozen or more questions before deciding they dont want your data and wont pay you, absolute timewasters. I dont mean standard sample questions like gender, age etc, they ask multiple actual questions about purchasing habits etc before deciding they dont want your data, wasting your time for nothing.

I have used this site and would like to warn potential users that customer care is nonexistent in my experience. I had a problem where after my first few payouts I stopped receiving surveys, and naturally I inquired why. I was told an investigation could take up to a month and when I contacted them again after not hearing back I was told there were discrepancies and when I asked them to clarify for me they never got back. I have always given 100% accurate info and been optimistic and honest in my dealings with them only to be dumped for no clear reason. I would most definitely not recommend them.
