Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Receiving More Surveys

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). This will help match you to the best possible surveys and will increase the number of market research studies that are most relevant to you and your lifestyle.

Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

ive been with this site for years and have just had my account blocked saying ive broke the terms which is complete rubbish i have also left a review with trustpilot and there are many others saying the same getting blocked and having the money they earned stolen all with the exact rubbish reply as on here its disgusting they can do this to people and get away with taking the money earned on the site and i will find where to make an official complaint and going to report this disgrace of a company

It is interesting to read that other people have had the same problem that I had with Life Points.In the beginning it was wonderful. However last year, my account was blocked. I contacted LP and got BS reply. They said, that I had not followed their terms, answered questions too quickly (- how long does it take to fill in a zip code ?) etc. It seems that once you start to redeem too often, they bounce you out, as it is costing them.

Don’t waste your time

I loved this site at first. I cashed out twice and there were no problems, money arrived within a week and I was happy with the service. I had recently accumulated enough points to cash out again, so I tried to log on this morning to do that, when I got a notice saying my membership had been cancelled. I was confused as I definitely hadn’t done anything to warrant that, so I emailed to complain. One minute later (I repeat, ONE minute) I got an email (the auto-generated message that they send to everyone whose accounts they close) saying that they had taken a “closer look” and performed an audit of my account. I then emailed asking if they could please specify how exactly I had violated the terms, and I got another auto-generated message within 3 minutes saying that they don’t specify how they carry out their investigations but that they were closing my account and forfeiting my points.

At first I was pretty upset and was trying to think what I could possibly have done wrong, and the only think I could think of was once answering that I wouldn’t drink a specific alcoholic drink, and then in a later survey stating that I would. However, I don’t think it’s unreasonable that I would have changed my mind in between the surveys and that certainly shouldn’t be enough to get me banned from the site. I then did some research and found out that they’ve been doing the same thing to numerous long-standing members recently, sending the same messages and cancelling accounts just as the user has enough points to redeem. This is deplorable and shouldn’t be allowed to continue. I’m a student trying to make a little bit of money on the side, and I spent hours and hours taking surveys just to have my points forfeited; time that would have been far better spent studying or even just giving myself a rest. I do use one other site (Toluna) which I have never had problems with and still do surveys for, but it takes much longer to cash out there.

I am working on life points since last 2 years and today my account blocked, i don't know why this happened, when i mailed them they showed a list of reasons like multiple accounts, inconsistent answers to survey and etc., very disappointed from this behaviour because i have 500 + points in account and it is showing temporarily unavailable when i login to my account.
Please Life point team help me.
