Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Once you complete the survey and spend your time, you will frequently get an 'error' screen. When you report it you get the same canned response that their records do not show that you completed it. I currently have 13 surveys amounting to 5+ hours of my time where I have not been given the credit I earned. Would NOT recommend this site

I have contacted them about 2 surveys. 1 for 150 and 1 for 50 points. I get the standard automatic email reply about them looking into it I'm supposed to check My Request ticket update. But as I have repeatedly told them that My Request is no longer available. Thus I'm out of my points.

Update: well it happened again, They closed my account just when I"m getting ready to redeem points. It's so sad because it used to be a really good site

Update: The points from the diary were added to my account today, a day after this complaint was posted. I have been a member of this site for about 7 years. I usually found it to be worth my time, until about a year ago. I have had the same problem as others here. I have completed the diaries and surveys then there is a glitch at the very end when you go to submit it. They try to say that you just screened out, but this is not the case. Then they say that I will be paid on 4-6 weeks. I don't have the time to keep track of each one and I'm not going to waste my time with them any more.

I thought I’d give them another try and after completely finished a survey .... it was not that I didn’t qualify. I answered all of the questions and spent over 25 minutes when I submitted it, I got the very familiar MySurvey page that said the system was unavailable. I don’t really try doing these surveys any longer because the of these reoccurring problem. The Survey Police reviews show that this is just something that I go through.

I installed this program and it installed a vpn on the iphone and I was having all kinds of issues connecting to the internet and running programs. Programs would start then end until I removed this app and the vpn part of it.

For the second consecutive night MySurvey hasn't kissed me.
Long survey, 20-30 minutes, for a minuscule advertised incentive, and then, upon completion, the error message "Your session has timed out." Translation: "Thanks for the data, but we're not paying you." Going to their "Help" feature is another exercise in insanity. You wrote down the survey number, right? You know what a "wave" is, right? If you do, and your request is approved, a committee will look at it and make a decision in a few weeks. They'll pat themselves on the back and write "solved" after your request.
