Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

After being a member of MySurvey for years they suddenly deleted my account for no apparent reason. It started with 1650 points being cashed in for an Amazon gift card which I did not so. I was saving those points for a PayPal deposit but somehow the points were cashed in without my knowledge. I emailed them and they apologized and restored my points. The next day I accepted a survey offer from my email and to mu surprise I got a message stating that my account was "inactive." Now, I spend at least four hours every morning doing surveys so there is no way my account was inactive. They refuse to answer emails or Facebook messages with an explanation. So I Googled to see if anyone else has had this problem and there were a huge amount of similar complaints posted online. They seem to be deleting people who actually complete enough surveys to cash out. Avoid this site at all costs.

Did this site for a year or so but today i tried to log in and it said Inactive Account i had $10 ready to cash out but since they deactivated my account i guess they just took that money from me. Do not sign up for this site unless you like getting ripped off.

i have been with this company for a very long time but since there revamp last year they must have fools in their tech. service dept. for the last week i have been getting errors when i log in to do surveys saying that i am trying to do the surveys on a mobile device ,when i am actuality doing them on a desktop , i have now sent 7 error report to them and everytime i get a reply from them it is instructions on how to do surveys on a mobile device. when i reply to them saying that am not using a mobile device i just get the same form e-mail back with instructions for how to take a survey on a mobile device. In all the years i have been a member i have never had 7 errors appear in 1 week all the same error and nobody on mysurveys.com's end bothers to read the error reports properly, they where a very good company but now i am having my doubts
I have been reporting the exact same survey error to this company for about 4 months now, 99% of the time when i have a survey that lasts over 30 mins instead of being paid the survey gives you a "session has expired message" I have already reported this error 9 times, but have found that it also happens if they are the survey host for other survey companies, so if you do surveys for this company make sure you write down every single survey number, so you can report it to them and then expect to get you points in about 2 - 3 months after the survey was taken

Only a 4 because they need to tweak the amount of times it crashes.
They send vouchers via email and all of mine have worked perfectly

I always get kicked out but I use it to collect points on the daily 5 and emails have never cashed out
