Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I completed a lifestyle survey that supposedly paid 1500 points for 140 minutes work.After completing it the points showed up as pending on my account,today there is no sign of them.I sent an email enquiring about them and received one back saying I could cancel my subscription if I wanted to.They never answered one query in my email.Think this may be a huge scam.Please be wary about completing long surveys with this company they are gaining opinions and information and not paying out.

Been with them for 7 years and never had an issue. Last survey they sent was the 15th of June. Tried to log in on the 19th and got inactive account. Wrote them emails, no response. Wrote them on Facebook, said it'd take a week or two for a response due to high tickets! Come on! A week to check an account?! Feels like they just don't care about their users anymore. Sad thing.

They wrote me back and said it was due to suspicious activity or hacking. They restored my account fully. Hopefully it stays like that.

Don't waste your time with Mysurvey.ca, it has gone from mediocre to terrible over the last few months. Twice in the last couple of months I have invested over half an hour in a survey only to have it error out at the end. That in itself is frustrating enough but the worst part is if you try and send them an email, when you click on the 'contact' and enter your information, it just sends me a mailer daemon telling me the email was not sent as the recipient could not be reached. So no one is actually manning their emails and no one will bother answering you, EVER. Just don't waste your time.

ever since my survey joined with global test market in canada most if not all of their surveys are female oriented and global ones are for males.Both me and my partner noticed. Not recommended for males

I completed several surveys and was never credited. I open several tickets on their website and never got a response. There is no phone number to call either. I wouldn't recommend it anybody at all. Some of the surveys they ask you to do will take a month to complete (daily spending and beverage consumption diaries, etc) and they promise you a lot of points to complete. I completed both on two different occasions and at the end of the diary I got a message saying I'm sorry but we're having technical difficulties. I open a ticket to ask for credit a couple months went by and they never responded. Again don't waste your time with this company. They are a joke
