Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

I've been a member for years but like others have been noticing a lot of "technical errors" at the end of surveys. Just in the last 3-4 days 10 bucks in surveys have had these submitting problems. Also I used the help desk to contact so now I'll give them two weeks to credit or email them back. I will say that throughout the years I've made some decent scratch with this site, it's not the best but plenty of invites that a lot of times leads to big diaries that pay really good and some that are not so good. If you can get around all the errors they seem to be having lately then you should make some good extra money.

12/14/16 update: I'm getting pretty fed up with all the errors when submitting for payment. We take their surveys making them money and we have to chase ours, not fair! It started about 6 months ago (errors) before that it one every now and then now it's damn near every time. When you report it you get the same generic answers, fed up.

About 2 1/2 weeks ago, 1 day I was taking surveys, the next it told me my account was inactive. I've sent about 3-4 emails to them with no response, anyone else have this problem? After reading a few reviews, it sounds like they deactivate long time survey takers so they can take their accumulated points, I only had about 18-1900 so don't know why I got deactivated, maybe I goofed up too much?

Have used this site for years.This site is getting worse.Every month I have a least I survey that I get no points.Customer service does not exist.Slow load times.

For the past 2-3 months i have had nothing but problems, firstly was logging in , it is taking about 5-10 mins to log in then taking another 3-5 mins loading surveys, to top it off, when i do get the surveys completed i get a "Technical error " message & when contacting the help centre , all they do is say thanks for letting us know & there is nothing they can do about the survey points as according to them it has not registered as submitted , so therefore losing points/money, all in all i have had around 20-25 surveys do this so amounts to a fair amount, annoying ain't the word for it

The survey was supposed to take 20 minutes and it was one hour and five mins. It was very, very boring and seemed to ask questions with no reply there that you do not use the place like N/A. I also did not get any credit for it and when I told them all this they sent me an email showing me how to cancel them
