Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

This company is now one of the worst survey companies around. They used to be really good and very fair too. Now, I never receive studies and I have contacted this company several times with no response. I'm cashing out and moving on. It's a shame to because I was a loyal member of My Survey for years.

Was with them for years and recently they have lost my account and had several fraudulent redemptions.

I've had good success with this survey company for years but I think they may be on the way out - maybe bought out by Global Test Market? The websites of both companies look exactly the same except for color. I was in the middle of 2 multi-day surveys and they both just disappeared.

Get one survey invitation, go to site, see as much as 15+ waiting. Some of the surveys don't load, others kick you out before you even start. Surveys available list has duplicates and even triplicates surveys in it. Number of available surveys will change with every survey you take, when you return to the Surveys Available Page. Today out of the 12 surveys listed as available - only two out of the 12 loaded. Those two kicked me out before I entered a single word. The rest were all 404 Error Pages. In addition, the newest thing MySurvey tried to do - have points immediately awarded after survey taken, MySurvey says is currently not working. Does anything work any more at MySurvey? Reaching the end of patience with them.

I've been a member since 2005. Made lots of money & gift cards. Now I can't get any surveys and any response.

Update, now I can't log in, not a member anymore!
