Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I have cashed out amazon gift cards with no problems. They haven't sen't my paypal payment yet, it's been 14 days,...I understand now what they say about Lauren...Lauren?.. Sent several emails, no response. Just completed a survey that lasted an hr. ...complete it successfully, did not get my 150.. so far I have been cheated only out of $6.50...but it's the principal!!! Gotta know when to fold em'...maybe I'll try a couple more. Definately won't ask for paypal again!!

I have been a member for less than 2 months and have already received 2 PayPal payments for $10, and will probably be able to get another $10 within the week. I haven't experienced the grave problems others seem to have suffered, except for one incident when I never received my 150 points and "Lauren" ignored me. My experience with the company so far has been about 90% positive. I qualify for a good many surveys, almost always get my rewards, and I can cash out quickly.

I don't understand why some of you are having problems with LightSpeed. I am a nearly 5 year subcriber and have yet to have a serious problem. It took some time but after a year I was and still am getting 10-15 invites a week. I qualify for 16% of them (I track everything). This has led to a few focus groups and $530 in my pocket. It's my #6 money maker. Highly recommended!

Really good panel, only problem is I don't regularly receive survey invites off them.
I've had a lot of product testing opportunities with them and it's been great and they have paid out quickly every single time.
I occasionally have problems accessing surveys as it sometimes thinks that I have already accessed the survey and I tried to contact 'Lauren' and got absolutely nothing in reply.

My hubby and I are both members of the panel and together we net about $130 a year, choosing either PayPal or Amazon gift certificates. We're not getting rich but the surveys are usually interesting and well-designed and I feel that our input is valued. There are opportunites for product tests and the occasional interactive. Customer service is non-existent; that's the one down side.
