Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I have just left this panel in total disgust at continued non-receipt of points for surveys completed.

Plus - plenty of surveys, prompt payment.

Minus - lost count of number of points not awarded after successful survey completion. You do a survey, click on completion page and 50% of the time the points do not appear in your account.

Don't waste your time complaining to Lauren - she doesn't exist! I have complained about non-awarded points 20 times in the last year and have not received a single reply.

This site is a total rip-off.

I have sent so many emails to this "Lauren" person and never once got a reply. They do state that you might not get a reply, but your problem will be addressed. This is a lie too. They owe me enough points for surveys I've taken that have had errors that I could get $15 gift card/paypal but they don't address these problems at all.
When the surveys don't give errors at the very end, they pay off pretty good. I've received a lot of paypal/gift cards and it doesn't take very long to accumulate enough points to trade in for them.
If only "Lauren" would answer the customer service inquiries......

I loved Lightspeed until I was unable to login last week. I had been a very active member, completing between 2 and 3 surveys every day for the past 3 or 4 months.

Randomly, completely out of the blue, I couldn't login as a member. I thought I was simply mistyping my password, but my username wasn't even recognized by the password recovery link.

Frustrated, I tried to register again (assuming that my account had accidentally been deleted). When I entered my old email address, I received an error message that stated: "your account was removed because you were inactive for a long period of time."

This is total b*******. I wrote "Lauren" and asked for an explanation, but I haven't heard back from her. I have never embellished anything or perpetuated any form of dishonest activity, but rather I had been a model panelist for months.

Very disappointed with this inexplicable banishment. Cash out now before you forfeit your points! Was I booted for earning too much?!?

The same thing happened to me; my account disappeared. Be aware, there is no Lauren, and you will not get a reply from them. Most of their surveys kick you out before the end. A couple of years ago, this was one of my favorite companies; they have gone downhill fast for some reason. Now I would never recommend them...

I've been a member for a month and have cashed out $40. They give you the points immediatly, no pending nonsense. At least 3 surveys a day, awesome, surveys are kinda repetitive and annoying but take surveys cash out money is in paypal in 4 days.
