Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I've been a member of Lightspeedpanel for several years and think that it used to be one of the best survey panels around. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated badly over the last several months. Often I have completed 95% of a survey, giving my opinion on 24 different products in the last one and taking 20 minutes, only to be told that I have been disqualified as enough people with a similar background have already completed the survey! "Lauren" did initially answer my complaint, but kept insisting this was perfectly normal and just part of the screening process. Either they've become incompetent or they're scamming us for information.

I agree with others I would like Lightspeed alot more in I could get a response from customer service... otherwise it's pretty good.

I have been a member of this panel for a few months and I am really disappointed. First of all when reach the end of the survey where it says to click submit to get rewarded half of the time it does not work and you will not get credit. Second the incentives are pretty bad most of time are 75 points which is 75 cents for a 30 minute survey. Third of all customer service never works and if you did not get credit you will not receive. What gets me very mad is one day I tried to login and I get a message saying that login cannot be found so they kicked me out. I worked hard for this panel and they removed me. Do not waste your time with them their site is filled with survey errors, low incentives, non existent support and poor quality of service to panel users.

The only ones that would continue to "work" for this site with its awful pay rate are those who can not do basic math. Avoid, avoid, avoid. You can do better. If not, feel free to come over and clean my house once a week for 75 points.

I took a survey for this company for a total of 400 points....never rec'vd them 2 months later. Have comtacted company numerous times with absolutely no reply!!! Dont do it, bad bad bad service.
