Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I have been a member now for about 5 yrs. and my really big problem with them is like everyone else here, They NEVER get back to you. I wrote them several times about a survey I took and did not get points, never got an answer to the email but finally got my points so that was the main thing.

Hello All. I want to tell you that I was frustrated with the email system, but that Lauren is one person answering all our issues. I just called, spoke to a lovely man, who quickly transferred me to a very lovely woman who resolved my situation in moments. They were very sweet and know that things have been a bit off and working on them as much as they can. I believe they are the good guys!!!

I requested a payout on 1/19 and it was in my paypal account the next evening! That's really fast! This is my second payout from Lightspeed. I believe the first one I requested took awhile because of a holiday. Overall I really like this site. After you take a survey it's usually in your account right away. Someone else mentioned a snack food survey and I was apart of that survey as well. It was nice because they sent me a $10 gift card for doing it and then a $60 gift card for returning it and doing a follow-up survey. Plus Lightspeed gave me points for doing the follow-up survey as well. I highly recommend this site! Easy way to make extra cash!

I've been a member for a little over a year and I have received merchandise and gift cards. It is true that they never answer your emails, tho. A few times I did not get rewarded for the survey I completed, or it froze in the middle, so I emailed and never heard a thing. Very frustrating.
