Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I really like Lightspeed- their surveys are easy to follow, website easy to use and rewards fast to receive.
If you have a survey issue, you usually get a reply in a week, a while yes, but you do always get a response. I have not needed to email them about anything other then this and infact that was a while back as I rarely ever get problems.
Time for the reward to reach you? within 48 hours for me.

Lightspeed ripped me off for points more then once. There is no customer service when you complain.

I have been a member for a few yrs and they have answered my email questions. When I finish a survey I check to see if my points were added and they always have been. I receive a $10 gift card a few times a year.

I really like Lightspeed .. I've never had any problem with them except once, I was supposed to receive about 500 points and they were never given to me.
Within the past month, I've taken enough surveys to receive a couple thousand points, and have cashed out a little more than $50 via paypal.

Payment is pretty prompt. At first I was leary as I did not gain points very fast but then they sent me a two part survey- lengthy but well worth it I cashed out at almost $40.00 for two hours of my time.
