I won't rehash Matt's review - just know that what he says is accurate and has happened to me as well.

Looks like NFO is down for the count and isn't showing any signs of any interest in returning to their former status as a leading survey company.

CASHOUT NOW, before it's too late!!

The first recent change was that many of the surveys (including some long, complex, and intrusive surveys) are now being posted with ZERO reward points.

Once participants noticed this change and started ignoring these "0 points" surveys, MySurvey.com resorted to blatantly dishonest bait-and-switch tactics.

Last night I recieved the email notice for a new survey, this morning I logged in to see the survey. It was listed as "10 points" so I completed the survey.

AFTER collecting my responses to their survey, the site then displayed a notice: "Thank you for logging in to take this survey. Unfortunately, this survey is now closed. As a token of our appreciation for your interest and the time you spent to check out this survey opportunity, your Rewards account will be credited with 5 points."

So, now they collect a full set of survey responses then refuse to provide the points that they posted.111

I have been a member of this panel since around 2003 and have made approximately $200 from them. In my opinion this panel used to be really good, however, due to recent changes it has quickly become one of the worst panels. The reasons I say this are as follows:

1. NFO has raised the amount to cash out now.
2. The surveys pay much lower now.
3. A lot of surveys now don't pay anything at all now.
4. There are now a lot of errors and technical glitches that happen when one takes a survey now.

What has happened with NFO recently reminds me of what happened to Your 2 Cents once Toluna took it over. I have cashed out for the last time with NFO. My advice is that there are much better survey panels out there than NFO.

Have been a member for quite some time, emailed them several times asking about their so-called sweepstakes. Their response never answered my questions directly. Always a round about answer. Have yet to receive a survey since then.
Incentives are low for their surveys. Will take some time to accumulate enough for a cash out.

Previously minimum 75 points for completed surveys & 10 points if not qualified, now mostly 10 points for completed surveys, underestimate time needed to complete, definitely underpaid. Also previously 1000 points for $10 cashout now 1150 points for $10 cashout. Lower rewards & more points needed for $10 cashout. Hopefully, if 10 point surveys not accepted they will upgrade. If not I will cashout
