With Smart Panel App, you can help your favorite web sites, apps, tech companies, and mobile carriers give you better services and more features. Download the Smart App and anonymously share your data. All data collected is encrypted, secured, and protected – Smart App is owned and operated by Verto Analytics Research firm.

With Smart App, you’ll need to apply to become a member. To apply you’ll answer a short survey about your personal details and your tech habits, including how often you use your smartphone.

If accepted, you’ll download the Smart App on your smartphone and keep it there. The app will usually give you surveys to answer. You’ll earn points by answering these questions about your technology habits.

The app will track your smartphone usage and share your habits from using this smartphone device. It reportedly uses around 3MB of data per month and causes an extra 1-5% reduction of battery life. You may have to download a VPN onto your device too.

After you have kept the app on your phone for 30 days, you can convert the points earned into rewards for the first time.

Beware of this site. On the outside, it seems like easy money but they are NOTORIOUS for cheating you. After being a member for over a year, I finally had enough and resigned. I've dealt with being locked out of the app and my account for no reason, being cheated out of quarterly bonuses because THEIR app failed and what has to be some of the worst customer service I've seen. It's just not worth it.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. Firstly they asked me what all the devices I owned were. They then said I had to install the tracking software on all devices to be eligible. Well some of these devices are used mainly by my 8 year old and I don't consent to him being tracked. I asked to have those devices removed from my profile and to just user my smartphone and they refused despite informing them that a minor would be tracked.
I then resigned from the program.

A few weeks later I thought I'd try again so I registered with a different email address and just cited the eligible device. I was accepted, downloaded the app and their was a conflict with my prior account. So I guess even though I resigned they kept my data on file. Anyway, I asked them to delete the earlier account and just keep the new one. They then cited the t&c's that you can only have one account. I gave up after that. I guess I could have pushed but other companies (such as embee) have been so helpful that I just went with then instead. After all there are several similar 'get paid to track' programs out there, and in my opinion how you treat the customer reflects how you treat my data.

Update: A month later I got an email saying they missed me and if I would rejoin. I figured I'll give it a go. I now finally have it installed on just my eligible device and it seems to be working. I'll update the review one I've had it running for a whole.

Is been running now for two months so I've been able to get it to work. I still think the issues with enrollment bring the site down in the rankings.

received one payment from them, tried to get another payment from them and got disqualified. received numerous emails from them saying where did you go and they were missing me. complete waste of time.

Told them I have a smartphone and a laptop. Now I get constant emails if I'm not connected! I dont use my laptop until the weekend, and my smartphone ran out of data, so wasn't connecting during the day - only when connected to wifi. Not sure about the rewards as yet - it's only been a week! I suppose its good if you're glued to your devices!

This is the first panel type offer where I have ever been turned down. I had to fill out the questionaire to see if I was qualified but didn't make the cut. I guess I didn't fit their demographic. It was disappointing. I checked back a week later on their website with my login info but wasn't even allowed in.
